Questions and answers to some of the more common things we hear.

Q: Why on the PayPal page is the price shown less than it was on your web site?
A: When you first get to the PayPal Page the price shown is just the cost of the items in your basket, no VAT and no delivery
After you click "Pay Now" on the PayPal web site you will be returned to our web site where your order total including VAT and default delivery option will be shown, if you ARE HAPPY with this click "Confirm" and your order will then be completed and the payment made from your PayPal account.

Q: How do I change the delivery ADDRESS if I pay by PayPal
A: Your order WILL BE SENT TO THE MAIN ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT unless you do the following:
After you click "Pay Now" on the PayPal web site you will be returned to our web site where your order total including VAT and default delivery options will be shown
If you want to change the delivery ADDRESS then click the "edit" link next to your address on the order confirmation page, change the address and then click the "Checkout/Cart" button at the top of the page, then click the "PayPal" button again and the selected address will be shown on the PayPal web site before you confirm the order.

Q: How do I change the delivery METHOD if I pay by PayPal
A: After you click "Pay Now" on the PayPal web site you will be returned to our web site where your order total including VAT and default delivery method will be shown
If you want to change the delivery method then DO NOT click the "Confirm" button at this stage but click the "Checkout/Cart" button at the top of the page, then click the "PayPal" button again and the shipping options will then be shown on the PayPal web site allowing you to select the required method before you confirm the order.


Q: I selected items with "FREE DELIVERY" Why is a delivery charge being shown?
A: There are 2 reasons for this:
1. You may have added some other item to your basket that do not have free delivery. ALL ITEMS in your basket must start with the words "Free UK Delivery" or delivery will be charged.
2. You are paying by PayPal and the default delivery method has not been changed, please read the notes above "How do I change the delivery METHOD if I pay by PayPal" and change it to the free delivery option.

Q: How do I get the discounts on my Livefood?
A: All our Livefood items where delivery is NOT included in the price will count towards your total qualifying discount for all items where delivery is NOT included.
All our Livefood items with "Free UK Delivery" will count towards your total qualifying discount for items with "Free UK Delivery".
Qualifying discount from items where delivery is not included WILL NOT count towards your qualifying discount for items with free delivery

Q: How do I know what discount I will receive?
A: On the product information page (click the picture in the product listing page for detailed product information) you will see the percentage and actual discounted price shown at the top of the page
Not all items are discounted BUT all Livefood items count towards your total qualifying discount.
e.g. If you buy 2 tubs of crickets and 1 tub of Fruit beetle larvae you will get the 3+ discount for the crickets even though the fruit beetles themselves are not discounted.

Q: Where has the PayPal button gone?
A: We still accept PayPal but the PayPal button is now on the shopping cart page.
