Regular Livefood Orders
Set up a regular order and we will do the rest.
We can only accept repeat orders if you pay by debit or credit card, not PayPal and the best way to do this is to place your order via the web site in the normal way and put in the comments section that you require this "order to be repeated weekly/fortnightly/three weekly etc."
When setting up your repeat order please remember to only include the items you require each week, IE do not add other goods (eg vitamin powder) to that initial order or you will also receive those goods (eg vitamin powder) each week along with your livefood order.
You can then if needed put the order on hold for a week or two by emailing us but if you ever need to change any thing on the order you will have to ask us to cancel your existing regular order and submit a new one.
Regular orders can only be weekly, fortnightly, three weekly or four weekly.
Because your regular order will always just be a repeat of the original order if you ever change the delivery address or email address you will need to update your account details and ALSO send us an email advising us that you have an existing regular order and you have changed your address otherwise the order will continue to be sent out with the old details on it even though you have updated your account details.
