Regular Orders

Setting Up a Regular Order

Add the items you require to your basket as normal. Go to the Checkout/Cart page, if you are not logged the page will look like this:

Select the frequency from the drop down box eg weekly, fortnightly etc. (the default is "not repeated") and then click the checkout button. If everything has worked you will notice that the next page will state "This will be a Weekly (or Fortnightly etc.) repeat order". Then, complete the checkout as normal.

Please note

  • Orders received by 2pm Monday or 3pm Tuesday to Thursday and before 11am Friday will be despatched the same day, and your regular order will be repeated from that day.
    If you miss the deadline it will be despatched the next day but repeated from the day the order was placed.
  • We can only accept repeat orders if you pay by debit or credit card, not PayPal!
  • Do not add any other goods (eg vitamin powder) to the order or you will not be able to make the order a repeat one - this is mainly for livefood.


If you ever need to change your delivery address or email address not only will you need to update your account details but YOU ALSO NEED TO TELL US.

This is because your regular order is just be a repeat of the original order, so the order will continue to be sent out with the old details on it even though you have updated your account details. Alternatively you can set your existing regular order to "Inactive" and place a new regular order with the updated details.

Altering your Regular Order

  • Unfortunately we cannot make changes to items that make up the regular order, please set your current order as inactive and submit a new one.
  • Go to the "My Account" page
  • Click the link "View the orders I have made."
  • Find the original order that you set to repeat (it may be on page 2 or 3 of your order history if you set up the regular order a while ago), and select from the drop down menu to change the frequency or to set it to "Inactive".
    Make sure you click update! Else the changes won't be applied.
If you change the frequency of the order from say fortnightly to 3 weekly then you may end up getting the next order repeated again the following week, in 2 weeks or in 3 weeks time depending on how many weeks have passed since the order was placed. This is because the system counts the period from the date the order was placed not the date the frequency was changed. All future orders would then be every 3 weeks.

If you do want to change to a longer interval between orders then it is better to set the order to "Inactive" and then place a new repeat order when you next need livefood or email us and ask us to change the frequency for you so we can manually change the date that you will next receive them.
Make sure you click the "Update" button if you do want to change the frequency yourself
