I give the dragons about twenty or so once to twice a day depending on the dragons appetite. I sprinkle a little calcium powder through the holes on the sides of the tubs. It's the easiest way to coat the food without them all jumping out of the box. Recommend for all pets as the site suggests and for anyone who truly loves to take care of their animals
