wrong size sent

I'm usually really really impressed with how fresh, healthy and how long your crickets live compared to any i've bought at a pet shop, but the last pack i bought from you all died within a week!! :s i'm hoping this won't become the norm as i'd recomend you based on previous orders to anyone.

Crickets seem fine. Used for Tarantula.
