for the geckos, this last tub was not your usual standard. too many dead/alien worms in there

Disappointed in my last delivery, more bran than mealworms. The weight of the bran meant I received fewer mealworms than usual - I know they are in short supply at the moment, but I'd prefer you to put the price up than recover the cost by upping the bran.

Very disappointed with my order today it came on time great and the morios and cockroaches are good but the mealworms regular size are the size of minis and pretty useless to me. I emailed to be simply told due to the shortage they are small at the moment, no apology, no offer of money back or to replace with something else, Im waiting now for a more adequate response. Put a warning on the site I was expecting what it said in the description. Reply:------ These were a bit smaller than usual because there was a very severe shortage of mealworms across the whole of Europe at the time. They were however a lot bigger than mini mealworms and there was still 120g of worms in the tub.
