Although the first one i got was faulty, i was instantly sent a replacement from livefoods when i emailed them :D at the moment i cant use this bulb as its just far too hot for my bearded dragons, i need to wait on my lamp holder so i can get it in the correct position, but this thing does give off a good heat.
dissapointed only changed mine when i saw review by another customer and they had chnged his bulb but they sent to my old address even though we moved last year and 7 of my last orders have been sent to my new address with out anyproblem LIVEFOODS didnt want to know and firstly accused me of having 2 accounts then said we see whats happened and told me i shouls have made then aware of my new address even thou we moved last year and 7 orders from LIVE FOOD have been sent to my new address with no problems since the move VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSIDERING I BOUGHT ALL MY SUPPLYES AND ALL MY LIVE FOOD FROM THEM BUT SORRY AFTER THIS NO MORE ORDERS FROM ME ***************************************** REPLY FROM SALE TEAM Unfortunately this was a simple mistake, we sent a replacement bulb that this customer had purchased 9 months ago to the same address as the original had been sent to. After ths became clear another replacement was been sent to the customers new address. We fail to see how this has been bad customer service.
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY 9.99 ON A BULB THAT ONLY LASTED BOUT 3 WEEKS THATS OVER 3 QUID A WEEK AT LEASE MY CHEAP STANDARD BASKIN BULBS LAST ME BOUT 5 TO 6 MONTHS
Had 2 bulbs in September, one went this morning (January) - that\'s 4 months of use. I don\'t think the advertising of these bulbs by the manufacturer is particularly accurate, since they say they last longer - 4 months is not that long a time. REPLY If you return it with a note stating the problem and order no. and we can exchange it.
IN REPLY TO ABOVE bad cus service due to the time span was like explained due to the above factors which might not have helped the item being sent by you to the wrong address but i cant see how it was my fault since 7 deliveries since have all be ok and then when i was accused of having 2 accounts really annoyed me all i can say it it would have been nice to been treated with a little bit more respect and not been accused of totally unfounded allegations since ive always bought all my replite needs from yourselves and found to have had good service with next day delivery as good as every time. but being treated like this has really questioned me using your company again i have earlyer added a review to the same effect as these emails in my sheer annoyance which i will say i dont mind if you dont add to the reviews section if i do recive my item but i would like these email s to be forwarded to the company director and i would like to hear his views on the matter i look forward to hearing in the near future from him
