Microclimate have always pushed the boundries with reptile climate control. All Microclimate thermostats are digitally controlled.  In 2014 Microclimate launched the first touch screen thermostat designed for controlling reptiles environments the Evo.  In 2022 the Evo  evolved and the Evo Connected arrived. Building on the strengths of the original Evo more unique features have been added.

In 2022 Microclimate launched the worlds first reptile thermostat with remote cloud access and monitoring through a mobile phone application.

In 2023 the Connect thermostat was added to the App controlled line of products.
