I use them for rearing and supporting swifts, house martins and swallows. Excellent food source for these birds.

I put these in the freezer as a back up in case I run out. I havent tried them yet but I read a review saying they were a great stand by to feed your lizards. Would recommend to all reptile keepers in case of bank holidays, of if like me you don't have many pet shops close by..
